Professional Cleaning
We can polish, check and clean your jewelry for no charge, while you wait.
Ring Sizing
We can alter the size of just about any ring, larger or smaller, with or without stones. All metals we work on include 10, 14, & 18 karat Gold, Platinum and Sterling silver. Repair time is 7-10 days. Same day express service is available.
New Shanks
We can restore the thickness to the back of most rings that are worn out, cracked or bent. All metals we work on include 10, 14, & 18 karat Platinum and Sterling Silver. Repair time is 7-10 days. 3 Day express service is available.
Retipping
To prevent your stones from falling out, we will build-up the thickness of the prongs by adding more Gold or platinum to the setting. Repair time is 7-10 Days. Express Service is not available.
Head Replacement
While you wait serves include battery replacements, band adjustments and safety chains. Our expert watch repairman can restore your watch, replace the crystal and buff the case.. Repair time is 2-8 weeks.
General Repairs
We can check and tighten any loose stones. Replace any broken or worn clasp. Solder any broken or frayed chain. Solder charms on a bracelet. Attach a safety chain or clasp to a bracelet or necklace. Just about anything if its possible.
Watch Repairs

Pearl & Bead Restringing
Our expert Stringer is a master at knotted and unknotted strands of all kinds. Repair time is 1-2 week.
Engraving
We can machine engrave almost anything in the store. We have access to a hand engraver in the local area. Service time is 1 day - 1 week.
Custom Design
We will sit with you and listen to your ideas. Together we will design your piece. We will sketch out what comes together at this meeting. A wax will be carved from the drawing and upon your approval the casting will be made. Completion time 4-6 weeks.
Appraisals
Our Gemologist is qualified for insurance replacement, and estate appraisals. You may schedule an appointment and have your appraisals done while you wait or you may leave your items
